You have two options to do, first, you can totally ignore this kind of thing as it has nothing to do with you. Secondly, you can let your sibling or mom know about this and ask them to talk to the lady next to your house. You can’t make a mess as she can turn out on your face and refuse to accept the truth.  Let your female family member help you in this case, if things wouldn’t work accordingly then you can straightly go to her husband with your family members.
