Yes, he should take the action because if he is not faulty then how could he tolerate a slap that too in a public transport. He too have respect in the society; if a lady slapped him then he must ask the reason why she did so and if she has a proof that your uncle misbehaved with her then she should show the evidence. If, she doesn’t then take help of bus conductor for taking this type of action for no reason. The bus conductor can also help you to file this case in police station, if he doesn’t then on that point you should complain about that lady to higher authority and ask them to take any action against that woman. If we don’t speak then these type of cases will be hidden from the society and many men will be suffering from internal trauma.
