Actually, there are no laws in India made for males facing sexual abuse. In India, laws are made to only protect women from sexual harassment or rape. There are no legislations or statutes to protect men from the ruthless act of sexual harassment or rape. Under Indian law, there is only Section 377 of The Indian Penal Code, 1860 which talks about ‘sodomy’. All the other sections are meant for women.
But you can voice up against that at the official level. You can write a letter to the CEO informing him/her about this matter. And also you can try to reach out to the board members of the company. If you don’t find any help from there. You can always reach out to the media to speak about your situation.
