Sexual Harassment is a behavior. It is defined as unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature. For example, a man whistles at a woman when she walks by. Or a woman looks a man up and down when he walks toward her. Unfortunately, there is no law for men to file a case against sexual harassment. You can try to have an effective communication with your boss. This matter is serious and shouldn’t be ignored. If you are financially unstable and need money then you should start searching for a new job side by side and when you will get a new job, you can resign from this job. Until then you should try to avoid your boss and also try not to be alone around him/her.
