Unfortunately, there is no such law in India for men. You won’t be able to file a case against your girlfriend as she is abusing you. Instead of going to court, you can try to solve it by yourself. You can have a better communication with her. You can ask her to stop abusing you. You can try to ask her for a break-up. But do remember that you should never reciprocate to her in the same way she treats you. And if you want to reconcile with her then you can try to improve your communication skills. Make her understand that what she is doing is wrong and she shouldn’t abuse you.
