You can try to talk to your wife about this matter and try to change her mind. If after that also, she doesn’t agree to your proposals then you can take legal help. You can file a divorce against your wife. Then you can either ask for mutual custody or you can ask for full custody of your kids. Then, your wife won’t be able to forcefully take your kids to her maternal house.
