Unfortunately, there are no laws for husbands to file a case against their wives under physical violence but it would be suggested to take action against this. You can ask the police for protection as she might also kill you. As you said it’s affecting your mental health then you can surely ask for a divorce. As you are constantly subjected to physical violence then staying with her might create a bigger problem and it won’t be good for your mental health also.
