If your ex-wife has custody of your children then she has the right to prevent you from taking them on your office trip. You can try to talk to her about this matter. You can try to change her mind and let the children go with you. You can talk to her about the trip and how fun it would be for your kids. But without her permission, you can’t take them with you.
