Your friend is clearly being bullied. Bullying is the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing, or threat, to abuse, aggressively dominate, or intimidate. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. Bullying someone is wrong and one shouldn’t withstand it.
Here are some tips on how you can help your friend:
-Position yourself as close to a person being bullied as possible
He might be afraid to talk to anyone due to which he might be feeling alone. So, try to be there for him, whenever he needs you.
–Ignore the person who’s acting like a bully.
You can ask your friend to ignore his bullies as much as possible. He should try to stay away from him as much as possible.
-Intervening to Stop Acts of Bullying
You should use your confident body language when you are addressing someone to stop bullying. You can try to protect your friend from getting bullied. Try to stop the bully and tell them that they are wrong.
– Try to report to an adult.
If you witness someone bullying a friend or peer, write down what you saw, heard, and felt, as well as additional details about the background of the incident. If you have a mobile phone or other recording device and are in a place where you can use it, record what happens.
You can then write a letter to your principal complaining about this.
