Unfortunately, you can’t file an F.I.R against this. I would suggest you to try to ignore him for once but if he continues this every day then it’s a matter of attention.
Actually, under Section 509 of the IPC, obscene gestures, indecent body language, and negative comments directed at any woman or girl or exhibiting any object which intrudes upon a woman’s privacy, carries a penalty of imprisonment for one year or a fine or both. Still, there is no law for males against eve-teasing.
I would suggest you to change your route if it’s possible or you can ask someone to escort you till you reach home.
