Confront to authority
Your dad should confront this to the authority and he should tell shauk that this women is mentally torturing her by saying that he should leave you. 
This is his priority to make sure that his colleague should accept you just the way you are if she wants to marry him. Rather than firing or bitching about this to your Dad. You should be more concerned about him beacuse your Dad might be feeling lonely and mentally pressurised from all those words that she says.
