Unfortunately, there is no law against male sexual harassment in India. So, If you are thinking that you will fight legally. Sorry, this won’t be possible in India for the time being.
So, here are some things you can try instead:-
1) You can ignore your boss’s call if she calls you during leaving time. But, you won’t be able to know which call is genuine and which is not.
2) You can try to search for a new job. Because you won’t be able to fight against her that easily. And all your hard work will go in vain.
3) You can write a letter to your boss asking to stop this behavior and you feel uncomfortable. If she doesn’t stop, you can write a letter to the board members of the company informing them about this matter.
