You can tell your father, that you are unemployed because your efforts are going in vain and you are trying very hard to secure and hold something so that you can be productive; you are unemployed not by your choice but due to failure also, explain him that you are trying and giving your best everyday. Rather than this, if your uncle is interfering in your family decisions than you can ask your father not listening them because this will lead to arguments and misunderstandings. Well, the property has to be divided among all your siblings equally because at present you are unemployed and not working but later the situation will change, and at that time this division will help you in long term. Not only this, but everybody has equal rights in the family than whether it be of property or of anything else.
