Under section 441 of the Indian Penal Code, it has been mentioned that if a person tries to harm or damage anyone’s property with wrong intentions or possess their property without their consent then it is a crime under the law which is known as “Criminal Trespass”. It is an offence to intimidate, insult, or annoy someone or a family member over the property. 
 
Your wife must be aware of the consequences of legal actions that might be taken by the court if she tries to force your parents to transfer their entire property to her without the consent of your brother as it harms his emotions and he might get annoyed over this situation.
 
How to exhort your wife if she’s forcing your parents to transfer their entire property in your name?
Here’s the thing, undoubtedly, you’re mature enough to understand the law and orders of the Indian Constitution that always states it is an offence if you force any living being to do something without their consent. It admits as a crime on the legal ground and it can cause serious issues that definitely would not be in your favour. 
 
Firstly, you should try to tackle this situation personally. You should communicate with your wife and exhort her about the causes her persistence can create. The second way is that you can go for a lawsuit and file a case against your wife in order to torture and annoy your parents and brother over property distributions without their indistinguishable consent. This way, your wife will be under the surveillance of the police and can’t be strong enough to harm your family in any way. She will never be allowed to go beyond their consent and will have to follow the rules strictly marked by the court.
