You should immediately go to your nearby police station and ask for protection because what your wife did would fall under attempt to murder and she can probably attempt it again. After seeking help from the police, you can calmly communicate with your wife. You can try to make her understand that what she did was wrong and inhuman. If these events still continue then you can file a case against her under section 307 of IPC- Attempt to murder.
