Physical violence should not be a way to communicate with your parents. Your wife has no right to treat your parents that way. You can surely take action against her if she doesn’t change her behavior after communicating multiple times. You can file a case against her under Section 506 of IPC, 1860: Punishment for Criminal Intimidation. It states that the husband can file a case against his wife, claiming that she threatens him to hurt himself or his family or property, provided he has enough evidence to uphold his case.
