This will be a case of domestic violence. Domestic violence is violence committed by someone in the victim’s domestic circle. This includes partners, ex-partners, immediate family members, relatives, and friends. Domestic violence is used when there is a close relationship between the offender and the victim. As you said if your wife is torturing your parents, then this will come under domestic violence. But unfortunately, there are no laws for husbands and their family members against Domestic Violence.
A husband can initiate legal proceedings against his wife for treating him and his family with cruelty. However, such proceedings are not under criminal law unlike those under IPC Section 498A.

And if your wife is threatening you that she will file a case of Domestic Violence then, you have to be well prepared for that.
In Domestic Violence case, you are a respondent. The case won’t finish off unless either the court decides it or you enter into a settlement with your wife. Therefore, it would be suggested, to try to resolve the matter outside the court.

From today onwards, try to collect all the evidence to prove your innocence. If possible then try to record videos when she is torturing your parents.

And start collecting phone call recordings, messages, videos, photos, or any other piece of evidence that can help you with your case.

Also, it would be great if you can gather any eyewitnesses who can prove your innocence, whether a neighbour or a family friend.
