According to the company and industrial law everything has to be fair between the leader or manager and their employees. Instinct and indecent acts or action won’t work. Their must be professional reason to misbehave with the employee in thier cabin. If they don’t have any specific reason then this comes under the serious mental traumatizing circumstances.
