Unfortunately, there is no law for men to case file against this. So, you have to solve this out of the court. You can try to talk to your wife when she is sober. You can also try to send her to an alcohol rehabilitation center. You can try to convince her to go there. If you won’t stand up for yourself now then this might get continued. And not only for you but for a healthy relationship, you both need to adjust and sacrifice equally.
And supposedly, if you will plan to have kids in the future then her drinking habit will also create a problem. So, try to talk carefully.
If it doesn’t stop in the near future then although there is no such provision, where a husband can file a case against his wife simply for abusing. But you can move a complaint against her, if harassment from her continued.
